Enterprise Hosting

Licensees have the option to self host BrM or use Mayvue hosting services to host their BrM implementation. Agencies should strongly consider their cost benefit analysis, however, starting in fiscal year 2029, BrM will only be offered as a cloud hosted solution. The Mayvue hosting option is called enterprise hosting and is available in the FY2026 AASHTOWare catalog.

Some of the benefits of Mayvue enterprise hosting include the following:

• Dedicated development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production single-tenant environments through Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Siloed environments, meaning performance will not be impacted by other agency usage
• Mayvue is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and supporting the environments and scaling as needed to ensure optimal performance of the software
• Mayvue will ensure no loss of services, and in the extremely rare instance of an outage, will respond immediately to restore services
• Mayvue is responsible for applying all upgrades or patches during times pre-scheduled with the licensee
• Database read and write abilities through a VPN tunnel
• 5.00 TBs of multimedia storage
• Mayvue will register the hosted environments with AASHTOWare OpenAPI
